Auto-Post-Shop Privacy Policy

1. About This App
Auto-Post-Shop is an internal content management and publishing tool operated for Noirix. It helps the authorized store operator prepare, review, schedule, and publish approved product content to the connected Noirix Instagram Professional account.
The app is intended for the authorized Noirix operator and is not offered as a general consumer service.
2. Information We Process
When an authorized Instagram Professional account is connected, Auto-Post-Shop may process:

Instagram user ID and username;

account connection and verification status;
-
permissions granted to the app;
-
access-token expiration metadata;
-
approved post captions, headlines, media URLs, publishing status, and local audit records;

Shopify product information selected by the authorized operator for preparing posts.
The app does not intentionally collect Instagram passwords, two-factor authentication codes, customer payment information, private messages, customer contact lists, or advertising data.
Instagram access tokens and application secrets are stored only in the operator-controlled private local environment. They are not displayed publicly or stored in public source code.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used only to:

verify that the connected Instagram account belongs to the intended Noirix account;

prepare and display post drafts for operator review;

publish content to the authorized Instagram account when publishing is explicitly enabled by the operator;

prevent duplicate or unauthorized posting;

maintain security and operational audit records;
-
diagnose connection or publishing errors.
Auto-Post-Shop does not sell, rent, or use this information for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing of Information
Information is transmitted only when necessary to provide the authorized functionality through:

Meta and Instagram APIs;

Shopify APIs;
-
infrastructure controlled by the authorized Noirix operator.
We do not sell or disclose Instagram account information to unrelated third parties.
Meta and Shopify process information according to their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Security and Retention
Auto-Post-Shop uses access restrictions, local secret storage, account allowlisting, audit records, and publishing safety controls.
Access tokens are retained only while the Instagram connection is authorized and necessary. Non-secret account identity, approved content, publishing history, and security audit records may be retained locally for operational and compliance purposes.
6. Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of information processed by Auto-Post-Shop:

Include the Instagram username associated with the request.

Do not include any password, access token, application secret, or two-factor authentication code.
The operator will verify the request and remove the associated access token, connected-account record, and locally retained Instagram-related information within 30 days, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
You may also revoke the app’s access directly through your Instagram or Meta account settings. Revoking access prevents future API access by Auto-Post-Shop.
7. Your Choices
The authorized account owner may:

disconnect the Instagram account;
-
revoke the app’s access;
-
request access to or deletion of locally stored account information;
-
disable automatic publishing at any time.
8. Children’s Privacy
Auto-Post-Shop is a business administration tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the app’s functionality or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
